Wit Works and Sunshine Coast Community Services Society have a project to develop a picture of women over age 50 needing housing because of fleeing abuse or being vulnerable. Surveys of women, focus groups and interviews / surveys with key service providers are currently being conducted. Models of housing which support women over 50 years of age will be explored.
